Biography
I am very excited to have joined the teaching staff at Medicine Hat High School. I have recently moved to Medicine Hat with my husband and three children from Calgary. I began teaching in the Calgary Board of Education in 1998. I have spent the majority of my career teaching Junior High School at Ian Bazalgette Junior High. My areas of practice have included Social Studies, Language Arts, Humanities and Knowledge and Employabilty courses. I have been able to diversify my experiences by expanding into the roles of Team Leader, Student Resource Co-ordinator and Social Studies Lead Teacher at my previous teaching assignment.
We have been enjoying the welcoming community and small town feel of Medicine Hat. We also proudly now cheer Go Green.
